Coconut Almond Dosa Mix

For Crispy Dosa:

  1. Take 20g of Coconut Almond Dosa Mix.

  2. Add 20ml of water.

  3. Blend it in a blender until smooth.

For Adai Dosa:

  1. Take 20g of Coconut Almond Dosa Mix.

  2. Add 20ml of water.

  3. Soak for 5 minutes.

  4. Mix it well (no blender needed).

Cooking:

  1. Pour batter onto a hot pan.

  2. Spread evenly to form a circular shape.

  3. Serve hot with your favourite accompaniments!
