NutriAura Almond Bread Mix
Ingredients:
- 450g Nutriaura bread mix (1 pouch)
- 100g hunk curd (or diced) or 1 egg (as a substitute)
- 100g ghee
- 250ml water
Preparation:
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the entire 450g pouch of Nutriaura bread mix.

Add Wet Ingredients:
If you're using hunk cued, add it to the bowl. If you're using an egg, crack and add the egg.
Pour in 100g of ghee.
Add 250ml of water to the mixture. - Mix the Dough: Use a spatula or your hands to mix everything together. Stir until the dough forms a soft, sticky consistency.
- Rest the Dough: Let the dough rest for 30 minutes to allow it to rise and develop flavour.
- Preheat: Preheat your oven/Cooker to the required temperature (around 180°C or 350°F) for baking.
- Shape the Dough: After the dough has rested, shape it into the desired form (loaf, rolls, etc.), placing it on a greased or parchment-lined baking tray.
- Bake: Place the dough in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Let the bread cool slightly before slicing and serving.
