NutriAura Choco Lava Cupcakes (Idli Cooker Style)

 Ingredients:

  • NutriAura Bread Mix

  • 100g hung curd (or replace with 1 egg)

  • 100g ghee or coconut oil

  • 1–2 tsp water (only if needed for consistency)

  • Choco hazelnut/Almond/peanut spread (for the molten center – use ½ tsp per cupcake)


Method:

  1. Make the batter

    • In a bowl, mix 1 cup NutriAura Bread Mix with 100g hung curd (or 1 egg) and 1 tbsp ghee.

    • Stir into a thick, smooth batter. Add a spoon of water only if needed.

  2. Prepare the idli mould

    • Grease each idli mould lightly with ghee or oil.

  3. Fill and top

    • Spoon a little batter into each mould (just enough to cover the base).

    • Add ½ tsp choco hazelnut spread in the centre of each.

    • Cover with more batter to seal the chocolate inside.

  4. Steam it like idlis

    • Heat water in an idli cooker and steam the cupcakes for 12–15 minutes on a medium flame.

    • Check with a toothpick on the side (not centre) to make sure it’s cooked.

  5. Cool & Serve

    • Let it cool slightly. Serve warm and watch the center melt like a mini choco lava cake


Tips:

  • Best enjoyed warm so the center stays gooey!

  • You can top with nuts or seeds before steaming for an extra crunch.

  • Perfect healthy-ish treat with no refined flour or sugar
