Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, take the desired quantity of Nutriaura Pakora Mix. Gradually add water while stirring to form a thick, smooth batter with no lumps.
Enhance the Flavor (Optional)
For added taste and texture, mix in finely chopped onions, spinach, carrots, or any preferred vegetables. Let the batter rest for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Cook the Pakoras
- Heat a dosa tawa on medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or ghee.
- Pour small portions of the batter onto the tawa and gently spread them.
- Cook until the pakoras turn golden brown and crisp, flipping occasionally for even cooking.
