NutriAura Upma Mix
Prepare the Tempering:
- Heat 1-2 tablespoons of ghee or coconut oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilies, and grated ginger.
- Sauté until the mustard seeds splutter and the spices are aromatic.
Cook the Vegetables (Optional):
- Add finely chopped vegetables like carrots, peas, or beans to the tempering.
- Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add Salt:
- Add rock salt to taste.
Incorporate the Flour:
- Gradually add the roasted NutriAura flour while stirring continuously.
Serve:
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves or roasted nuts and serve hot.

Dosa/Idly Recipe
- Mix NutriAura flour with water to achieve a regular dosa batter consistency.
- Use the batter to make dosa or idly as you would with traditional batter.
Puttu Recipe
- Add the required amount of rock salt and water to NutriAura flour. Mix it well to form a regular puttu batter consistency.
- Steam the batter in a puttu maker or idly pan as you would with traditional puttu.
Paniyaram/Adai Recipe
- Prepare a batter by mixing NutriAura flour with the required amount of rock salt and water to achieve dosa batter consistency.
- Heat ghee or coconut oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions, curry leaves, cabbage, and coriander leaves.
- Cook the vegetables until they are slightly tender.
- Combine the sautéed vegetables with the prepared batter and mix well.
- Use this mixture to make paniyaram in a paniyaram pan or cook as adai on a flat griddle.
