NutriAura Upma Mix

Prepare the Tempering:

  • Heat 1-2 tablespoons of ghee or coconut oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilies, and grated ginger.
  • Sauté until the mustard seeds splutter and the spices are aromatic.

Cook the Vegetables (Optional):

  • Add finely chopped vegetables like carrots, peas, or beans to the tempering.
  • Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add Salt:

  • Add rock salt to taste.

Incorporate the Flour:

  • Gradually add the roasted NutriAura flour while stirring continuously.

 Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves or roasted nuts and serve hot.

Dosa/Idly Recipe

  1. Mix NutriAura flour with water to achieve a regular dosa batter consistency.
  2. Use the batter to make dosa or idly as you would with traditional batter.

Puttu Recipe

  1. Add the required amount of rock salt and water to NutriAura flour. Mix it well to form a regular puttu batter consistency.
  2. Steam the batter in a puttu maker or idly pan as you would with traditional puttu.

Paniyaram/Adai Recipe

  1. Prepare a batter by mixing NutriAura flour with the required amount of rock salt and water to achieve dosa batter consistency.
  2. Heat ghee or coconut oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions, curry leaves, cabbage, and coriander leaves.
  3. Cook the vegetables until they are slightly tender.
  4. Combine the sautéed vegetables with the prepared batter and mix well.
  5. Use this mixture to make paniyaram in a paniyaram pan or cook as adai on a flat griddle.
